Lifes flow continues.

Hi, I’m Carly

I’m a mental fitness coach and counsellor, helping people live their best lives—even when life is a struggle.

My approach allows you to discover your core values and purpose, and my practical tools help you navigate the inevitable challenges that life will bring.

I’m certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trained in the wisdom of Japanese Psychology (Morita Therapy and Naikan ), and I have a degree in nutrition, a Personal Trainer and Health Coach (IIN).

With over a decade in behaviour change, I understand that mindset, nutrition, movement, and sleep are not separate boxes to tick.

These domains are interconnected threads weaving the tapestry of your health and wellbeing. You can't address one without considering the others. That's my approach.

I’m a proud mama to Ceara and Oscar, married to Paul, and have two fur babies, Zula and Soxi.

Catch me every Mojo Monday on the Paul Taylor podcast. You can also take a listen to podcast interviews I’ve done with Craig Harper, Dr Jodi Richardson, Lisa Tamati and Paul Taylor which you can click here to listen.

I want to help your remaining days count.
